Terra Meyer

Terra is an Organization and Well-Being Coordinator for Blue Zones Project Scottsdale, where she develops relationships with organizations in the ‘places’ sector to drive advancement of the Blue Zones mission. Prior to Blue Zones, Terra displayed her account management and client services skills as a Sales Representative for a local start-up. Through her experiences working at Toyota’s Denver Region, she used her result-driven mindset to collaborate as well as implement creative online solutions at various dealership locations.

Spanning over a year and a half, Terra worked alongside a clinical professor to undergo research on community eating patterns, nutrition, and holistic health. Her research encouraged her extended travel to Seville, Spain, where she studied cuisine and expanded her knowledge of nutritional science, sparking a passion for understanding and implementing effective ‘place-based’ health solutions.

She graduated from ASU, Barrett the Honors College with a B.S. in Business Management, a minor in Psychology, and a Certificate in International Business Studies. She was a Turken Family Outstanding Graduating Senior Finalist, displaying strong academic achievement and exemplary qualities of leadership and service.

Terra is a triathlete and loves many forms of movement including: pilates, yoga, swimming, strength-training, and long walks. As an adventurous home cook, Terra is always looking for new Japanese and Mediterranean recipes.
