Brittany (Britt) Belmonte, a vibrant Marketing and Engagement Coordinator at Blue Zones Project Scottsdale, is an expert in the digital realm, specializing in social media marketing, online engagement strategies, and brand management. Her extensive background includes a tenure as the Digital Marketing Manager at Spear Education in Scottsdale, where she steered all digital marketing initiatives. Notably, Britt championed diversity-centric recruitment tactics for the University of Florida’s College of Engineering Graduate Recruiting Department, widening opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds to pursue advanced degrees.

Having crisscrossed the country from Indiana to Florida and now thriving in Arizona, Britt holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Entrepreneurship from Ball State University. During her academic journey, she served as the Vice President of Communications for Sigma Kappa National Sorority and honed her skills through impactful internships with Delaware County Habitat for Humanity and Delaware County Headstart, focusing on community revitalization and brand elevation campaigns.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Britt shines as a gallery-featured watercolor artist, showcasing her talent in exhibitions at her alma mater, various Chicago galleries, and local Florida shops. Embracing her new Arizona home, she’s eager to continue her passion for art. Outside the canvas, she revels in hiking adventures with her daughter and wife, indulges in avid bicycling pursuits, and embraces a vibrant plant-based lifestyle.
