Tuesday, April 30th was an exclusive ribbon-cutting ceremony as we commemorated this incredible feat. While this event was private, we’re excited to announce that a public Blue Zones Celebration Dinner for the press and the community will take place on May 3, 2024. Learn more here!

During the ceremony, indulge in an array of delightful bites from their Special occasion menu “showcasing the delicious flavors and nourishing ingredients that embody the Blue Zones Philosophy.” Each dish is thoughtfully curated to nourish not only your palate but also your well-being.

Owner and founder Carolyn Ellis shares her excitement, stating, “The approval process has been painless, and our awareness has been heightened on the menu items we were offering where healthier substitutions could be made without jeopardizing or losing the flavor or quality of the food.”
